2026 Easy Açaí 2-Year Anniversary Celebration -
Terms and Conditions

The Easy Açaí 2-Year Anniversary Celebration begins on January 17th, 2026. The Celebration times vary by location, so please check each store’s operational hours for details. The sponsor of this Celebration is Easy Açaí, with locations at 278 Solana Rd, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL and 935 Durbin Pavilion Dr, Ste 102, St. Johns, FL. By participating in the Celebration, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to all individuals, regardless of age or residency.

2. DETAILS AND PRIZES: ​

• BOGO Offer: Customers can enjoy a "Buy One, Get One Free" offer all day on January 17th, 2026. This offer applies to all menu items except the pastries, with the discount applied to the item of equal or lesser value.

• Easy Açaí Kits and GiftCards: The first 20 customers of each store location who make a purchase during the event will receive a $25 Easy Açaí Gift Card and an exclusive Easy Açaí Kit. A total of 40 gift cards and kits will be available (20 per location). Kits are limited to one per customer and are non-transferable.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

• Visit Easy Açaí on January 17th, 2026. Click here to get directions.

• Make a purchase to qualify for the BOGO offer and, if eligible, receive and Easy Açaí Kit.

4. PRIVACY: By attending the Celebration, participants consent to being photographed or recorded. Photos and videos taken during the event may be shared on Easy Açaí's social media platforms. If a participant wishes to have a photo removed from our social media profiles, they should address the concern to info@easyacai.com. Easy Açaí will not share any personal information collected during the Celebration. For more details, refer to our privacy policy available on our website.

5. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Participants release and hold harmless Easy Açaí from any claims arising out of participation in the Celebration. Easy Açaí is not responsible for technical malfunctions, unforeseen delays, or other issues.

6. DISPUTES: Any disputes related to the Celebration shall be resolved individually and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Florida. The laws of Florida govern these Rules.
