2026 Easy Açaí Anniversary Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The Easy Açaí Anniversary Açaí Giveaway ("Giveaway") begins on January 14, 2026, at the time of posting on Instagram and ends on January 25, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST. The sponsor of this Giveaway is Easy Acai LLC ("Sponsor"). By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Easy Acai LLC are not eligible to participate. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

2. PRIZES: Three (3) winners will be selected. Each winner will receive one (1) “One Year of Free Açaí” prize, defined as twelve (12) in-store 12oz açaí bowls, redeemed via a physical stamped card provided by Easy Açaí. Bowls may be redeemed at any Easy Açaí location, at any time until all stamps are used. Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be exchanged, substituted, or credited.

3. HOW TO ENTER: Participants may enter the Giveaway by completing the following steps on Instagram.

Multiple comments are permitted, and each comment tagging a different friend counts as one (1) valid entry. Duplicate tags of the same individual will not be counted as additional entries.

4. WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries after the Giveaway closes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be announced on Easy Açaí’s Instagram stories and contacted directly via Instagram Direct Message and/or email within five (5) business days of selection. Winners must respond within 7 calendar days of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the stated timeframe may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. PRIVACY: Easy Açaí will use personal information provided by entrants solely for the administration of the Giveaway and in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Easy Açaí will not sell or share personal information, except as required by law or for prize fulfillment purposes.

7. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Easy Acai LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Easy Acai LLC is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or unauthorized human intervention.

8. DISPUTES: All disputes related to the Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Florida. These Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
