2025 Easy Açaí Back To School - Terms and Conditions

The Easy Açaí Back to School Promotion (“Promotion”) begins on August 29, 2025, and ends on September 1, 2025. By participating in the Promotion, each customer unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to all customers of Easy Açaí.

2. PROMOTION DETAILS: a. During the Promotion Period, customers will receive 20% off their entire purchase. b. Customers who spend $20.00 USD or more in a single transaction will receive one (1) complimentary gift. c. Complimentary gifts are available while supplies last and are not guaranteed once stock is depleted.

3. LOCATION & VALIDITY: a. The Promotion is valid at all Easy Açaí locations. b. On Sunday, August 31, 2025, the Promotion is valid exclusively at the Durbin location. The Ponte Vedra Beach location is closed on Sundays and will not participate.

4. LIMITATIONS: a. The Promotion may not be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions. b. No substitutions, exchanges, or cash redemptions of promotional discounts or gifts are permitted.

5. MODIFICATION & TERMINATION: Easy Açaí reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
