2024 Easy Açaí Gift Cards Holiday Promotion - Terms and Conditions
PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: Purchase $100 worth of Easy Açaí gift cards and receive a $20 Easy Açaí gift card for free. This promotion is available exclusively during the holiday season and ends on January 2, 2025.
1. ELIGIBILITY: Purchase must be made in-store at the cashier. Eligible purchases can include one $100 gift card or multiple gift cards totaling $100. For example, two $50 gift cards qualify for this promotion.
2. GIFT CARD OPTIONS: Customers may choose between a physical gift card or a digital gift card code. Digital gift card codes will be emailed to the purchaser or directly to the recipient.
3. $20 GIFT CARD DETAILS: The $20 gift card will be issued at the time of purchase. It will be provided in the same format as the purchased gift cards (physical or digital).
4. USAGE: Both the $100 gift card and the $20 bonus card can be used for purchases of food, beverages, or merchandise at Easy Açaí. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other offers or promotions.
5. RESTRICTIONS: This promotion is limited to one $20 bonus gift card per $100 transaction. The $20 gift card is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used in accordance with Easy Açaí’s gift card policies.
6. VALIDITY: The gift cards do not have an expiration date and is subject to Easy Açaí's general gift card terms and conditions.
7. EXCLUSIONS: Gift cards purchased with previously issued Easy Açaí gift cards or promo codes are not eligible for this promotion. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
8. REFUND POLICY: If the $100 gift card purchase is refunded for any reason, the $20 bonus card must also be returned. If the $20 gift card has been redeemed, the redeemed amount will be deducted from the refund.
9. ADDITIONAL TERMS: Easy Açaí reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
